FAQ Bike Attack

Bike Attack will ship small parts via USPS, Fedex, or UPS. However complete bikes will only be shipped via UPS and Fedex Ground. Bike Attack reserves up to five days handling time, and since we are a small business at times (like 4th of July weekend) we get swamped and have to make sacrifices, we are sorry if this affects your riding or delivery time. For products that are in stock, we ship within 3-5 days from the time you place your order. The following exceptions will require extended shipment and or delivery times:
Products that are normally stocked but are temporarily out of stock.
Products that are not normally stocked and must be special ordered.
Or items requiring special attention in adherence to legal and or delivery service guidelines
Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your order.
On occasion we may experience a further delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email or phone.

International shipping

International Shipping & Handling Rates: For the fastest and most economical service, we use UPS Air Freight Consolidated (5-8 days to most countries before clearing customs).  Additionally, Bike Attack may be required to charge an additional surcharge to ship to certain countries. We will notify you of any extra shipping charges. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country, just send us an e-mail at info@bikeattack.com.

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees, including customs brokerage. 

We're cyclist we don't want any of your information, but if you do choose to give us your email address we promise that after we have your permission to never sell or release that email address. We will send you some updates about what’s new and cool or local Santa Monica bike events, but it will be very rarely and usually on cloudy days, which we don’t have many of. Oh and don't steal bikes bro....no seriously that's our major security concern, your bike. Please ask us which lock is the best for your bike.

Bicycles ordered in store and online are not returnable for a refund unless special prior arrangements have been made. A bicycle may be exchanged for original purchase amount credit within 7 days of purchase for a model of the same value or higher IF the bicycle is un-ridden and in showroom condition as determined by the store manager, UNLESS the bicycle was special ordered, the bicycle was on layaway, it was a closeout deal such as (but not limited to) a prior year model.
All online sales orders are final orders. No cancellations. Exceptions: the ordered bike is unavailable within a reasonable time period.

Accessories
All regularly priced accessories may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if unopened in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will not be given if those conditions are not met. Sale and clearance items are not returnable. Returns purchased on credit cards will only be credited to the same credit card. Additionally shoes may not have had cleats mounted nor show scuff marks helmets may not have been worn shorts, jerseys, socks and gloves may not have been worn

Parts
Parts installed on bicycles are not returnable for a refund. Parts never installed and in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt unless they were special ordered , sale items or on layaway.

Labor
Labor charges are not refundable. If there is a problem with a repair or part installation performed by our shop, we will correct it immediately.

Bicycle warranty policy
BIKE ATTACK will honor all manufacturer’s warranties on frames and forks, which can vary from one year to the lifetime of the original purchaser, against manufacturer’s defects. These warranties don’t apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents or your spouse taking a hammer to your bike because you spend more time with it than with them.

Bike Attack accepts online orders for certain bike brands now. Simply go to www.bikeattack.com and order online. if the product is unavailable for online purchase please call us at 310-581-8014 and order your bike over the phone.

Payments & Pricing
Bike Attack accepts all major credit cards for in store purchases and all major credit cards (except Amex) for online purchases. Sometimes bike prices change because of things beyond our control. We apologize in advance for any price increase that don't get updated to the website. We always strive to eliminate errors and try hard to minimize them.
