Product Availability
Most orders are shipped within 3 to 7 days. If you need quicker shipping, call us to check availability and express shipping options and prices. (at 1-310-5818-014 between 11 and 6 pacific time Monday through Friday.) Some products by small specialty manufacturers have delays in shipping certain items. In such cases you will be contacted and alerted to the projected back order time. You may then wait or switch to another item. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it for replacement, exchange, or a refund within 10 days. Returns must be in brand new condition (unused/uninstalled), and in original packaging. Returns can only be accepted with receipt. Returns or refunds are not allowed on special ordered items and closeout items. Returns are not allowed on bikes that were altered with aftermarket parts. Also excepted are: shipping, labor, and complete custom-assembled-to-your-specification bikes. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number or they will be refused. Accuracy This website has been prepared solely on the information supplied by the contributors and manufacturers. Its accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The publishers and their production team cannot accept liability for inaccuracies, errors or ommisions in such information howsoever arising. Prices are correct at the time of submission to the site, excluding genuine mistakes. Specifications are advised by the manufacturer, and are subject to change by the manufacturer at any time. Payment Methods When ordering from Bike Attack LLC you can select from a number of payment methods: Credit Card - VISA and Mastercard, Diner’s, American Express and PayPal. Shipping The cost of shipping is not included in the quoted product prices and will be determined based on the items ordered. Shipping cost will be reflected separately on the invoice. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of order. Customers are advised by e-mail once their order has shipped, and are provided with the way bill number for tracking purposes. Duties & Taxes The prices quoted on products are inclusive of all duties and costs associated with importation into the United States. For orders delivered in California, state sales taxes will apply. For orders shipping to other countries additional duties and taxes may apply. These costs will need to be paid by the customer on delivery. We will assist you in assessing these costs when you place your order. Backorders If an item you wish to purchase is temporarily out-of-stock, it may be still possible to backorder the product.
