Who said you couldn’t have it all? Due to the ultimate advancements in a re-Tuned Compliance Concept, this bike challenges the traditional road bike categories. From axle to axle, the new Roadmachine delivers sleek, integrated technologies and hints at free speed from every angle. It is lightweight, fast, and incredibly integrated. Brilliant pedaling efficiency and the ideal level of compliance for legendary days of riding leave you with no doubts; this bike has it all.
TCC - Tuned Compliance Concept - Stiff where you need it, compliance where you don't.
High tech in the hell of the north
The queen of the classics, Paris-Roubaix, is famous for its punishing pave. With multiple secteurs of rough, uneven cobblestone roads the demands on both bike and rider are immense. TCC and Angle Compliance Technology are BMC's innovative solutions to minimize the punishment and maximize performance for their WorldTour riders. Keep riders fresher longer and maintain constant connection to the road and the results will follow.
The ultimate balance stiffness and vertical compliance
Active suspension is not a typical feature built into road bike frames, but that doesn‘t mean there is no suspension at all. Frames, forks, wheels, seat posts, handlebars and stems all work together to enable a dynamic system that acts as a universal suspension system. BMC takes this natural system approach and go beyond with thin, low seat stays, offset dropouts, carbon fork tips, and a re-designed seatpost to maximize the vertical component of system dynamics. Combined with BMC's Angle Compliance Technology, they have developed the most high-performance system compliance available today. The end result is the ultimate balance between comfort and performance for a ride that is both forgiving and fast.
Angle Compliance Technology
Traditional frame designs consist of two triangles with straight elements, which are very stiff under force, even if they are extremely thin. Adding bends, or angles, to those elements increases compliance immensely. Through the application of BMC's Angle Compliance technology, the rear triangle can absorb and isolate impacts independent of the rest of the bike, without affecting the rider. Angle Compliance features are found at the seat stays, chain stays, fork legs, and seat posts on several models where comfort is a priority.
Stay fresh, stay powerful and stay sharp with engineered fatigue reduction
Still where it's needed, compliant where it's not
Rolling smoother is rolling faster and more efficient
DTi - Dual Transmission Integration
Rider's choice - Aesthetics should not be an afterthought - DTi allows BMC frames to look like the precision machines BMC designed them to be, regardless of drivetrain variations.
Elegant. Understated. Swiss.
Unique to BMC, DTi (Dual Transmission integration) allows the cable routing to be easily swapped between mechanical and electronic drivetrains, giving you total freedom. Applied to all of BMC's new road frames, and even some of their new off-road platforms, the integration is clean, without loss in the aesthetic or aerodynamic departments. An understated look that performs.
DTi – Dual Transmission Integration
For every cable or housing entry and exit port on BMC's frames, they offer adaptable systems to ensure the rider’s choice of equipment isn’t an afterthought. DTi is a unique solution to ensuring every BMC maintains a truly Swiss, premium look and feel, regardless of the component choice.
Rider's choice - mechanical or electronic, it's up to you

Recreating BMC's Tuned Compliance Concept for their new bikes keeps their research and development team on their toes; the Roadmachine is no exception. Its combination of modern wheel technologies and supportive geometry delivers unique, balanced, front-to-back compliance for all-day rides.
Bikes should look just as good hanging on the wall as they feel rolling down the road with you on top – anything less wouldn’t pass the Swiss design test. The Roadmachine is an aesthetic blend of classic design with leading-edge technologies merging comfort and speed.
Comfort shouldn’t come at the sacrifice of performance – trade-offs like this are unacceptable in BMC's minds. The new Roadmachine is designed to be one of the fastest, high-performing road bikes out there – no matter what category.
There’s what is seen, and there is what is unseen – find the perfect balance between the two and chances are you’re looking at the new Roadmachine. Its industry-leading Integrated Cockpit tucks away cables and housing. No more panic-induced, service nightmares! Clean, deliberate, and understated...Swiss simplicity.
